UK deliveries will be made by UPS, unless otherwise stated.
Customers are able to keep up-to-date with the movement of their order by using the tracking number which will be provided on confirmation of order, together with a unique order number which is to be used in any correspondence with us. Any queries regarding shipment/delivery should be made to email@example.com; alternatively, call 07470117445 during normal operating times Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm (UK time), except bank holidays.
Items for sale on the website are normally stock items, unless lead times are indicated. Stock items will normally be available for prompt despatch, as soon as payment has been received in full.
Delivery costs are included in the sales price and are based on Standard Delivery rates.
Subject to availability, orders will normally be despatched for delivery to the designated address within four working days from receipt of order and payment in full, and received within seven working days, although some of the more remote areas of the UK may be subject to a small delay.
Earlier delivery may be possible, subject to the payment of a supplementary fee. Requests should be made to firstname.lastname@example.org or to +44 (0)7470 117445 during normal operating times.
An order may be cancelled, provided shipment has not been made. Notification of cancellation must be made immediately to email@example.com or to +44 (0)7470 117445 during normal operating times
Any order already shipped may not be cancelled and will be treated as a Return.
Returns must be made in the original unopened packaging, provided notification to return is made within seven days of receiving an order and sent to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for return, whereupon UPS will arrange collection and a Return label will be sent out via email.
This must be attached to the parcel, prior to collection by UPS, noting the return tracking number which will enable the Return parcel to be tracked on www.ups.com.
A refund of the value of product involved, less the cost of delivery and return, will be made normally within seven working days of receipt of unopened parcels at the address shown on the Return label.
NO REFUND WILL BE ENTERTAINED IF THE TAMPERPROOF SEALS ARE BROKEN ON ANY ITEM BEING RETURNED.
Notification of any claim for damaged or defective goods must be made immediately upon receipt to email@example.com stating all relevant particulars of the claim.
Confirmation of this notification, together with advice as to how to progress such claims, will be made to the relevant email address provided by the customer.
Photographic proof of damaged items will be required.
A detailed description of damaged/defective goods will need to be provided as to the extent of non-conformity.
Once a claim has been agreed, damaged/defective goods may be required to be returned, at no cost to customers, to the address shown on a Return label sent out via email.
At their discretion, customers will be offered either a full refund of the product found to be damaged/defective or a replacement at our expense.
Please note: we cannot be held responsible for any contamination of product once the container seal has been broken.
